Westbank Hub North

Westbank Hub North is located in West Kelowna (Westbank) at the corner of Elk Road and Highway 97, with additional frontage along Louie Drive. Highway 97, the main thoroughfare in the Okanagan, connects south to Penticton and beyond and continues to the City of Kelowna. It is the commercial corridor with residential located both to the east and west of the highway.

West Kelowna is one of Canada's fastest-growing retail districts. The shopping centre's location along Highway 97 offers excellent exposure: traffic counts along Highway 97 are estimated in excess of 45,000 vehicles per day.
