Eastfield I & II Distribution Centres are single story, multi-tenant industrial buildings. The property is located on the northwest corner of 50th Avenue and 47th Street SE. Two major freeways are in proximity. Deerfoot Trail is accessible to the West side of the property and Stoney Trail can be accessed to the northeast of the property. The buildings are constructed with slab on grade, non-load bearing, pre-cast concrete vertical panels and structural steel columns and beams. Eastfield I has 45 loading doors. Eastfield II has 10 drive-in loading doors.
